Overview

The Yoga and Mindfulness Practices course is designed to provide participants with a holistic understanding of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness techniques for physical and mental well-being. Capstone Project

Weekly Live Sessions

The course duration is 3 months, with approximately 6-8 hours of study per week. Participants will be required to submit the capstone project for evaluation upon completion.
